Love is a burnin' thing And it makes a fiery ring Bound by wild desire I fell into a ring of fireI fell into a burnin' ring of fire I went down, down, down And the flames went higher And it burns, burns, burns The ring of fire, the ring of fireI fell into a burnin' ring of fire I went down, down, down And the flames went higher And it burns, burns, burns The ring of fire, the ring of fireThe taste of love is sweet When hearts like ours meet I fell for you like a child Oh, but the fire went wildI fell into a burnin' ring of fire I went down, down, down And the flames went higher And it burns, burns, burns The ring of fire, the ring of fireI fell into a burnin' ring of fire I went down, down, down And the flames went higher And it burns, burns, burns The ring of fire, the ring of fire And it burns, burns, burns The ring of fire, the ring of fire The ring of fire, the ring of fire The ring of fire
Bob Dylan recorded three times with Johnny Cash in Nashville first of all. During Dylan’s recording of the Nashville Skyline Album Cash just walked in and together they recorded “Girl From The North County” later they did a few more 12 of those songs are on this album, secondly, Dylan recorded 3 songs for the Johnny Cash Show on the first of May – broadcast 7th of June 1969 – and rejected by BBC. And at least, he recorded during this period 8 songs for his “Sellportrait” “Blue Moon” “Let It Be Me” “Ring Of Fire” “Take A Message To Mary” “living The Blues” “I’ve Forgot More Then You Ever Know” and “Take Me As I Am” - six of those survived on the and perhaps others were recorded and rejected by Dylan, but kindly published by CBS on the Dylan album
