"HausHetaere"
"HausHetaere"
Many discovered Nadine Cooraz’s HAUSHETAERE project in 2009 through her collaborations with the harsh elektro act ACYLUM where she brought melody and femininity to Pedro Engel’s devastating orchestral electronic arrangements.
By working more and more together, both German artists rapidly felt a kind of magic growing between them and they let that unique creative flow unite their tormented minds and let the machines speak… With no conceptual limits, the clash of these eclectic personalities makes HAUSHETAERE a rich cocktail of opposites, an unpredictable mélange of genres and influences with the guiding red line of the angry and revolted personality of frontwoman Nadine Cooraz.
HAUSHETAERE manage to jump from extreme harsh noisy elektro to dark melodic moody pop with a disturbing facility and a deviant touch. Imagine the extreme sonic mixture of BLUTENGEL versus PZYCHOBITCH, or MEAT BEAT MANIFESTO versus COMBICHRIST? Well, HAUSHETAERE goes beyond taboo’s, throwing rap elements into industrial, synth pop into dark elektro, noise into hip-hop tunes…
The German duo has also collaborated in studio with many different artists and are now preparing a multi-colored debut album full of melodic angst and fragile darkness…
