Lately, white moon in the blue sky

You taunt me with your half-hearted smile

At once familiar

The melancholy pain

Of being again



And lately the rice grown at our feet

Has lost its solvency

We canter from field to wooden home

Avoiding splinters

We waiter here too long, too long, too long



Weightless we shall wonder on
